Theory of Change

Learn more about our belief in design and creativity empowering young people who have experienced incarceration. The Onyx Incubator is a creative and intensive free program that supports youth who have experienced incarceration or qualify for an alternative to secure detention centers in building their creative and social skills in preparation for life after high school. Participating young people are able to stay in school and live at home as needed while building their skills with mentors and peers in preparation for their future. The program aims to reduce recidivism, offer access to top-tier mentorship and creative training to help participants reach their goals and dreams.
